I'm Clint Spruance, founder of Levitate Construction. Over the past twenty years, I've managed twenty-plus commercial and infrastructure projects from start to finish, working alongside national firms like McCarthy Building Companies and Big-D Construction. That work spanned airport, water treatment, and mining projects across the West, including the Salt Lake City International Airport expansion and infrastructure for Newmont mining operations.
After two decades on job sites that scale, I wanted to bring that same discipline to something more personal: building custom homes where the details matter and the relationship lasts. So in 2022, I founded Levitate Construction.
