The Benefits

Why Build with ICF?

Strength and Durability

Reinforced concrete walls stand up to heavy snow loads, high winds, and decades of mountain weather.

Energy Efficiency

Continuous insulation on both sides of a solid concrete core means fewer drafts and steadier indoor temperatures through Utah winters and summers.

Quiet Interiors

Concrete walls dramatically reduce outside noise.

Fire and Pest Resistance

Concrete doesn't burn, rot, or attract termites.

Our Background

Commercial Concrete Experience, Applied to Your Home

ICF construction rewards precision. Wall alignment, reinforcement, and concrete placement all have to be right the first time. With twenty-plus years managing commercial and infrastructure projects, including concrete-intensive work on airports, water treatment facilities, and mining operations, I bring that same discipline to every ICF pour.

FAQ

ICF Questions, Answered

Can an ICF home have large windows and an open floor plan?

Yes. The Retreat has floor-to-ceiling glass and a vaulted great room. ICF walls are engineered around large openings.

Does an ICF home look different from a wood-framed home?

No. Once the finishes go on, inside and out, an ICF home can look like any other custom home: stone, wood siding, drywall, whatever the design calls for.

Does ICF cost more than wood framing?

The wall system typically costs more upfront than standard framing. Many owners weigh that against long-term energy savings, durability, and comfort. We'll give you real numbers for your project.

Do you build ICF homes outside Park City?

Yes. We build throughout Summit, Wasatch, Utah, and Salt Lake Counties.
